STUDIO POLICIES

• Imo Studio doesn’t have a reception. All purchases/registrations are via our online booking system.

STUDIO'S USAGE

• We recommend arriving about 5-10 minutes before the start of the class;

• Use the entrance hall to wait for the class;
• Leave your shoes at the entrance hall, and walk in barefoot;
• Food consumption it's not allowed inside the studio.

• Each person must have: 2 small cleaning towels (one to clean the pole and the other for hand and body sweat cleaning), ethyl alcohol (to clean the pole), water, and appropriate clothes/material.

• We kindly ask all practitioners' collaboration to clean/disinfect the pole in which they were practicing.

REGISTRATION POLICY

• Registrations open 23 hours before class/appointment starts;

• Registrations close when class/appointment starts;
• Imo Studio advises to register in advance to guarantee the spot in the class/appointment;
• For a class to take place, at least two persons must register. If the number of registrations is less than two, the class is canceled 3 hours prior to its scheduled start time. Those who were registered receive an email notification. Therefore the student must verify the email before heading to Imo Studio.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A class/appointment can be canceled up to 12 hours prior to its scheduled start time. Early cancellations allow students to keep class credit;
• If a class/appointment is canceled within the 12 hours prior to its scheduled start time, it will be considered a late cancellation. The class/appointment won’t be reinstated nor will the amount be refunded, no matter the reason why;
• Imo Studio can cancel a class/appointment at any time. Those who were registered receive an email notification. Therefore the student must verify the email before heading to Imo Studio.

LATE POLICY

• Imo Studio has a 15 minute late policy. If you arrive during the 15 minute grace period (dressed and ready to join) you’ll still be allowed into class/appointment;
• After the 15 minute grace period, you’ll have missed most of the class/appointment warm up, so for safety you will not be allowed into class/appointment and it will be considered a late cancellation. The class/appointment won’t be reinstated nor will the amount be refunded, no matter the reason why.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is the student’s responsibility to use all sessions before the expiration date. Imo Studio does not extend the expiration date.

BRAND NEW STUDENT - FIRST CLASS

• Whether you are a brand new student or just new at Imo Studio, take advantage of our first class rate using the code FIRSTCLASS (for new clients only; 1 per person);
• If you’re a brand new student (with no aerial dance experience) you can take: Intro to Pole, Intro to Policious or any open level class (e.g. Aerial Yoga, Floorstyles, Body & Mind Prep);
• If you’re new at Imo Studio (with aerial dance experience) you can take: any class of your choice (note: choose a class suitable to your technical level);
• Registration Step 1: Booking system Log in or Sign up;
• Registration Step 2: Check the schedule, and book the class you want directly on our schedule. Use code FIRSTCLASS to get your discount (for new clients only; 1 per person);
• The class expires 4 weeks from purchase date;
• It is the student's responsibility to book the class in the booking system. If the student is unable to book and take the class, within the stipulated period of validity, it won’t be reinstated nor will the amount be refunded, no matter the reason why;
• Once purchased, it’s non-refundable, and non-transferable;
• Non-Recurring plan. Insurance not required.

BRAND NEW STUDENT - FIRST PACK 8 CLASSES

• Did you love your first class? Then keep on taking advantage of being a new student with our special FIRST PACK 8 CLASSES rate (for new clients only; 1 per person);
• If you’re a brand new student (with no aerial dance experience) you can take: Pole Level 1 (8 weeks cycle), Policious Beginners (8 weeks cycle) or any open level class (e.g. Aerial Yoga, Floorstyles, Body & Mind Prep);
• If you’re new at Imo Studio (with aerial dance experience) you can take: any class of your choice (note: choose a class suitable to your technical level);
• The “First Pack 8 Classes” expires 8 weeks from purchase date;
• It is the student's responsibility to book the classes in the booking system. If the student is unable to book and take the classes, within the stipulated period of validity, it won’t be reinstated nor will the amount be refunded, no matter the reason why;
• Once purchased, it’s non-refundable, and non-transferable;
• Non-Recurring plan. Insurance not required;
• Subscription implies reading and signing the Liability Release Form (provided at Imo Studio);
• Subscription implies reading and accepting its "Terms and Conditions".

REGULAR STUDENT - Pack 4 Classes

• The “Pack 4 Classes” can be purchase at any time of the month;
• The “Pack 4 Classes” is valid for any class available at Imo Studio;
• The “Pack 4 Classes” expires 4 weeks from purchase date;
• It is the student's responsibility to book the classes in the booking system. If the student is unable to book and take the classes, within the stipulated period of validity, it won’t be reinstated nor will the amount be refunded, no matter the reason why;
• Once purchased, it’s non-refundable, and non-transferable;
• Subscription implies paying insurance (25€), by bank transfer to Imo Studio's IBAN (IBAN is provided upon payment). Insurance payment is annual, and valid from September to August, regardless of subscription month. After insurance payment, send the receipt to: imo.studio.imo@gmail.com;
• Subscription implies reading and signing the Liability Release Form (provided at Imo Studio);
• Subscription implies reading and accepting its "Terms and Conditions";
• Non-Recurring plan.

REGULAR STUDENT - Drop-in

• A “Drop-in” can be purchase at any time of the month;
• A “Drop-in” is valid for any class available at Imo Studio;
• Registration Step 1: Booking system Log in or Sign up;
• Registration Step 2: Check the schedule, and book the class you want directly on our schedule;
• A “Drop-in” expires 4 weeks from purchase date;
• It is the student's responsibility to book the class in the booking system. If the student is unable to book and take the class, within the stipulated period of validity, it won’t be reinstated nor will the amount be refunded, no matter the reason why;
• Once purchased, it’s non-refundable, and non-transferable;
• Non-Recurring plan. Insurance not required.

REGULAR STUDENT - RECURRING PLAN

• 4 classes (valid for any class available at Imo Studio;);
• 1 Open Training FOR FREE! Open Training is a class in which the student can train anything, always under the instructor's guidance;
• 30% DISCOUNT when booking any additional drop-in class (use code NONSTOP30);
• 10% DISCOUNT when booking workshops organized at Imo Studio (use code NONSTOP10);

NON-STOP PACKS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Subscription at any day of the month;
• All “Non-Stop Packs” expire 4 weeks from purchase date;
• It is the student's responsibility to book the classes in the booking system. If the student is unable to book and take the classes, within the stipulated period of validity, it won’t be reinstated nor will the amount be refunded, no matter the reason why;
• Once purchased, it’s non-refundable, and non-transferable;
• All “Non-Stop Packs” are a RECURRING PLAN: will bill every 4 weeks, and with a commitment length of 6 billing cycles (minimum). The plan is automatically renewed for another 6 billing cycles, unless the student wants to cancel it;

NON-STOP PACKS - CANCELATION POLICY

• All “Non-Stop Packs” are a RECURRING PLAN: will bill every 4 weeks, and with a commitment length of 6 billing cycles (minimum);
• The Non-Stop plan is automatically renewed for another 6 billing cycles, unless the student wants to cancel it. To cancel it, the student must send a notice by email, 30 days in advance: imo.studio.imo@gmail.com.

• After canceling the Non-Stop plan (within the 6 billing cycles), the student can later subscribe to this plan again, which will require the payment of a reactivation fee equal to the "NON-STOP PACK 4 CLASSES" price.

• A “Private Class” can be purchase at any time of the month;
• Registration Step 1: Booking system Log in or Sign up;
• Registration Step 2: Check the “Appointments” tab, select the instructor/schedule, and purchase a Drop-in;
• A “Private Class” expires 4 weeks from purchase date;
• It is the student's responsibility to book the class, in dialogue with the instructor. If the student is unable to book and take the class, within the stipulated period of validity, it won’t be reinstated nor will the amount be refunded, no matter the reason why;
• Once purchased, it’s non-refundable, and non-transferable;
• Non-Recurring plan. Insurance not required.

• The “3 Private Classes” pack can be purchase at any time of the month;
